Integrative Health

A whole-person approach to wellbeing

TREATING YOU NOT JUST YOUR SYMPTOMS

Integrative health looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person, your body, your history, your lifestyle, and what your health is telling you. Our practitioners combine traditional wisdom with evidence-informed practice to support lasting change, not just short-term relief. Whether you are managing a long-standing condition, navigating a health transition, or simply feeling that something is off, this is a good place to start.

Western Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine is one of the oldest and most comprehensive systems of healthcare in the world. A medical herbalist takes time to understand your full health picture, physical, hormonal, digestive, emotional. A personalised treatment plan using plant-based medicines with proven therapeutic properties is delivered.

Alongside herbal prescribing, lifestyle is central to the work: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and the habits that quietly shape your health over time are all part of the conversation. This is not a quick fix, it is a thorough, considered approach to understanding what your body needs and giving it the conditions to heal.

Ayurvedic Medicine

Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine originating in India, built on the understanding that health is maintained through balance — between the individual, their diet, their lifestyle, and the rhythms of the natural world.

An Ayurvedic programme is not a single treatment but a personalised journey, typically lasting three to four weeks, combining cleansing protocols, herbal formulas, food guidance, cooking sessions, and practical lifestyle support to restore balance from the inside out.

Massage & Holistic Therapies

Therapeutic massage and bodywork go beyond relaxation — working with the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, and the body’s own capacity for recovery.

Whether you are living with chronic pain, managing the physical effects of stress, or seeking support for fatigue and tension that won’t shift, these treatments offer a hands-on, evidence-informed approach to feeling better in your body.

Hair & Scalp Health

Hair loss and scalp conditions are more common than many people realise  and more treatable than many people expect. A trichologist is a specialist in the health of the hair and scalp, able to carry out a thorough clinical assessment, identify underlying causes, and recommend an appropriate course of treatment. If you have been struggling to get answers from your GP, or simply want expert guidance, a trichology consultation is a good starting point.
